All live streams shown above are verified as legitimate. You can rely on these, unlike some other unethical places distributing EFL Cup streams. Stay away from them. It's simply better to not be dealing with annoying pop-ups.

Are EFL Cup Streams Free?

Some live stream channels allow you to watch EFL Cup games using a paid subscription, but some might have a subscription-free way.
To do so, you register with a bookmaker site and can then see matches without paying for a subscription. Often, the only requirement after becoming a member is to make a minimum deposit with them or having made a bet with them during the previous 24 hours. However, check the specific T&Cs beforehand.

EFL Cup / League Cup Predictions

The EFL Cup has been known by several names over the years. This includes the original Football League Cup and now the EFL Cup and the trophy has also had naming rights sponsors.  The Carabao Cup is one of the most recent names which has superseded the Capital One Cup, Carling Cup, Worthington Cup, Coca-Cola Cup, Rumbelows Cup, Littlewoods Challenge Cup and Milk Cup.

All 92 members of the Premier League and English Football League take part in the League Cup, which is a seven-round knockout competition.  The Premier League clubs get involved in the second round, and teams that are involved in European competition get a bye until the third round. By the third round, 32 teams are left.

The EFL Cup is known for giant-killing efforts from some of the lower ranked teams who often find themselves facing up to weakened higher ranked teams who tend to field below-strength lineups.  The main reason for this is to keep their squad rotated and rest some of their star players.  This can make for some heroic cup runs and great paydays for the smaller clubs.
